How Warehouse Pickup Works

After placing your order, please allow 1 to 24 hours for our team to process it. You will receive a confirmation notification via email/SMS as soon as your items are ready for pickup. Please bring a valid government-issued ID matching the order name when you come to the warehouse.

Free Local Delivery Eligibility

We offer free local delivery for orders over $300 located within 40 km of our warehouse! Simply add your items to the cart and enter your address at checkout. If your delivery address is eligible, the Free Local Delivery option will automatically appear.

Ontario-Wide Shipping Information

We ship right across Ontario! When you add items to your cart and enter your address, available shipping rates will display. If no shipping option appears at checkout, unfortunately, that item cannot be shipped via our regular carrier partners due to size or weight. In that case, you are welcome to arrange independent freight shipping or select free local pickup at our Oakville warehouse.
