1. Warehouse Pick-Up Orders

 All pick-up orders must be inspected and tested on-site prior to taking the items.

 Once an item leaves our warehouse, all sales are FINAL with no returns, exchanges, or refunds.


2. Shipped & Delivered Orders (24-Hour Inspection Guarantee)

Due to the nature of clearance and liquidation merchandise, all sales are generally FINAL SALE. However, to ensure total confidence when buying online, we offer a 24-Hour Functional & Damage Guarantee on all delivered orders:


24-Hour Reporting Window: If your item arrives damaged from transit or exhibits a functional defect not mentioned in the product description, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a return or replacement.


  •  Proof Required: Clear photos/videos of the issue and packaging, along with your Order Number, must be provided.

  •  Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Please note that all shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

  •  Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to our warehouse. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified shipping error on our part.

  •  Resolution: Upon receiving and verifying the returned item at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund for the product price only or provide a replacement.


Important Note: Claims submitted after the 24-hour window from delivery will strictly not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
